Every employee was so nice and detailed in explaining what was going to happen with my car! I love this location, my husband and I get serviced here all the time!

Chris is always my service advisor when I go to Tire kingdom very service oriented guy he deserves 5 stars. My only criticism is that I only needed to take care of something small but Co. always want to up sell you with repairs you don't need. So always check what you actually need done and you should be alright. I recommend Tire Kingdom.

I was disappointed with check in process which repeated information I had already provided on line. Despite the fact that I had an appointment for 2 p.m, it was almost 3:30 before the oil change was completed. I was told they were busy. So I wonder what the value is in making an appointment?

Everything was good. Just in the package with the coupon I had they were supposed to fill my windshield wiper fluid and they didnt.

They were able to get me in right away, even though I didn’t have an appointment, and the staff was very friendly.
