Ms. Jalyn at the front desk greeted me with a kind attitude, she has excellent customer service skills. I had a negative interchange at action gator tire a few minutes before arriving at Tire Kingdom but Jalyn’s happiness help change everything to a positive, thank you Jalyn. Manager Chris is good at explaining all the details I needed to know. The mechanic Franklin is highly meticulous and took time to critique my vehicle, he is excellent. The mechanic Nick assisted Franklin also very courteous and excellent.

Got there, waited a minute while the rep finished with a customer, got checked in, explained I had to be out by 10AM. He told me no problem, I waited about an hour, and my car was ready by 9:45. Very Happy with the service

They checked everything on my car and reported back to me the damage and prices for everything that would need to be fixed. The oil change was good, took about 2 hours for everything to get done. All I paid for was the oil change, the car inspection was free :D
