From the beginning, the Mangar Terri, and the Customer Service manager, Chris advised of the requirement for the front end services and the potential for variance in price for parts, based on the 4WD and best value/best performing parts. ALl work completed on time and with full explanations, including a visual review of the replaced parts, at checkout, showing me the wear and tear and the prior damaged parts that resulted in the required repair. Special mention must be made for the mechanic Travis. He has worked on several of my vehicles and in this case, he was really superior. Immediately after the repair, I had a 300 mile trip for a family emergency and the vehicle performed as if it was new. I was so impressed that I had to call the office during my trip, and congratulate Travis personally. Great job by all concerned. Please give my Thanks to all involved.
