fast service, thank you for always taking care of my needs

They were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They would take the time to explain everything and took people in as fast as they could.

As part of the their inspection process, they found that my battery was not working properly and I was anle to have it replaced before I got stranded somewhere.

I ran over a nail in my work truck at 5pm. I called the store and asked if they had time due to the fact that they closed at 6pm. Chris told me it was no problem and to head to the store. He and his tech stayed after to make sure my truck was good to go for the next morning. It is very hard nowadays to find people that actually care about the customers needs. My old tire shop told me they might be able to get me in sometime the following day so even though I have brought them over 20 vehicles, they will no longer be getting my business.

The price was very good and overall time of waiting was not acceptable compared to others, almost 2 hours and I was 30 mi early from the appointment scheduled.
