It was ok.

I always get good service and the people at the counter patiently explain everything.

Okay service, but had to return numerous times for the same issue that was incorrectly repaired.

The tires look great and they were cheap. The customer service was awesome. I got notified when another problem was recognized. The service was fast and nice.

Service was to be alignment not alignment and battery check'Alignment was not doneHad a beef with tech ..alignment before and after was worse..I'll take to a real mechanic before I'll ever go to NTBDONOT GO THERE they don't know what they are doingThey could not give me an actual print out of the before/after but, somehow got it on the techs cell phone(got it on cell but can't print) how weird? I give it never again for NTB I'll never go back there again!!!!!!!!!!!!
