I didn't have an appt. and it didn't take but about 10min. to get help. I was grateful for them discovering that I had a leak in my shocks and they explained exactly how much it would cost and set up an appt. right away to have them fixed.

I arrived early. I did notice that they were very busy. I don’t feel like they have enough personnel to keep up. The manager was very helpful and actually did the work on my vehicle, tire repair and rotation. I purchased the tires from that facility (Covington)a few years earlier. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no charge to me for the service. I Will make my next purchase of tires and service from them in the future. I think the managers name is Jeremy. But I’m not positive. I appreciated his customer service. Patrick Robert
