Had to get a refund on tire balance and waiting for custom rim repair and new hub rings they lost and damaged. they did refund me tire Balance money. Would not go back. Or recommend

Bought the tire warranty and came in with a nail in the tire. They came up with this baloney that they couldn't patch the tire but wanted to sell me a new tire that didn't match the others. I took the car home and put a plug in it and it's been fine since. Warranty is useless and not honored after a year. I had about 10k miles on the car.

As I came in, I was greeted well. I presented my needs and they gave me solutions and assured me it would get done professionally and quick. The pricing, well no one likes to spend money but for the quickness and customer service I received it was all worth it.
