You have to ask that your spare tire be included in a tire rotation!!!!

Brian is always friendly and he always remembers me. He explains everything so that it makes sense and I understand it. He has a pleasant personality and I feel comfortable with him working on my car.

Had my tires rotated but they didn't touch the spare. When you bring your vehicle to get the tires rotated as per schedule and they don;t incorporate the spare then what is the reason for bringing your vihicle if not include the spare!!The spare will just sit there and DRY ROT!!I suppose that they NEED to be told to include the spare. REALLY!!!
