It was extremely easy to schedule my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by a lady at the front desk who promptly checked me in. They called when service was complete. When I came to pick up my car, they went over everything with me before checkout. All very efficient.

Tires rotated and balanced. Running smooth.

The staff was nice and friendly and I am use to dealing with them. They make sure my car is take care of when I come in for service.

Chris was much more helpful than my last service. However, if this new battery doesnt last, Ill be moving on to try a different brand

Friendly associate and very professional. For the first time in years, tires properly inflated. 35 PSI rear 29 PSI front.

Oil changes are way overpriced. I only go back b/c I bought tires there and got the free rotation. For the extra that is being charged for the oil changes, I could pay to have it done elsewhere and save money.

I always come here to get my car service done. The staff there are nice and helpful.

The drop off process was very easy and efficient. They associate called me to ok the services that were checked. The time it took to complete the services was also efficient.

Simple oil change took over 2 hours.

The sales associate was great even though he was under a lot pressure. The phones was ringing, customers was walking in all while he assisting Mr. He was able to assist all of us with kindness.

Normally the service is better than average for a chain tire store. This evening the service was the worst Id ever experienced. Dropped my car off at 530pm for a tire mount and rotation of one tire. Went to eat and it was nearly 915pm when they finished up with my truck. Im not sure if its possible for the staff to move slower and be more disinterested servicing my truck. It was overly ridiculous how bad the service was and the manager in charge could not have been more lax. It was awful.

The website worked well, and save for the additional step needed for the online coupon as given on the site itself, the order and scheduling process worked great. The people were friendly, and it felt like a professional process. It was a good experience, and I would recommend it to others.
