Friendly staff and they took care of all of our needs and provided feedback on some additional work that I should get addressed. Based on that, I scheduled a follow-up appt. for this coming week.

Associate was nice and they kept me updated during the process, even when we hit a snag. The technician was fantastic and kept my car clean during process as well.

Friendly, professional staff. Staff was knowledgeable and well organized. Store was clean. Waiting room seating needs to be replaced but all things service related were great!

Every time I go to NTB to have my wheels aligned I am told they are unable to because of some new issue. Once my service contract ends I will not return to NTB.

They had what I needed. And service was quick and friendly.

Had tire checked for a slow leak. Find out rim was cracked. I believe this was done when tires were put on a week ago. Started day after while I was out of town. Took in after I got back 2days later. Was asked if I hit a curb...which I didnt. So left with only information of a repair shop. Which means I have to fix a mistake I believe happened there. Will not do anymore business here.
