Joe was the best. I picked up a bolt and hot to keep filling my tire every 10-15 min. Not only did he have my tire in stock he let be bring in my wheel and move to the front of the line! Dude saved the day

Better service than at a dealership! Immediate attention by staff and mechanic. All the work done on 4/25 - I was out in 45 min. At a dealership, it wld have taken several hours! Also that job wld have cost more than triple$!.

NTB explained the options with the tire choices I reviewed and gave me the information I needed to select the right tire for my car. Although the customer service staff are extremely short handed, I was able to get in before a rush of customers and have my car taken care of. An alignment and installation of 4 tires took 4 hrs - a bit long if you ask me - I was happy with the work and price of services. I would go back.

I had a leak in my tire due to the nail and I was in and out in less than an hour.

I had a nail in my passenger rear tire. The tire was unfortunately not repairable and Joe explained in detail why and what my options were. The store did not have 4 of the type of tire I needed and Joe worked with a fellow manager to get what I needed. Both he and the technician statues after hours to complete my repairs as a commute home on the spare “donut” was not a safe or feasible option. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate the Store Manager Joe and the folks at this NTB location.
