when I visited the NTB it was a little busy but front service agent Mr. Joe is super nice, and keep tracking the status of working and professionally well explain the service, procedure and etc. it was most nice visit and I highly recommend this shop!!!

They have great customer service, and they are very precise and informative. I would definitely recommend them to another customer.

Joseph Alan Mcmillan is an absolute rock star! Beyond professional and made me feel like one of my own brothers was helping me out. He made me feel like I was family and the way he interacted with me took away the pain of having to spend $1800 on new tires, lol!! I can't stand the dealership and am thrilled to have found this location because it'll be my new go-to if Joe or similar style folks are working there. Never have I ever left a shop or dealership with a smile on my face and today Joe did just that!

Sales Associate Joseph was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. His customer service was also above and beyond what I have experienced for similar services elsewhere. This facility was clean and comfortable. The online appointment feature was easy to use, and I was able to schedule an appointment at a time that was convenient for me that same day.

No issues with oil change or customer service. Superb service. But the weel alignment personnel was not at work that day... they have a certain schedule...
