Salesman waiting on me right away and was very friendly. Took truck on time and knocked the job out. As soon as mechanic was done he brought it right around and salesman let me know it was done. Also went over everything with me. Great job by both of them. Definitely going back.

Making the appointment was very easy. I only called one day in advance and they were able to get me an appointment for the next day at a convenient time for me. They completed the work quickly so I didn’t have to wait long. The service was well done at a good cost. Bob is fantastic. He was able to explain things to me about my car. As a young woman I usually do not enjoy trips to the mechanic but I have used this NTB location five or six times now and I’ve loved it every time.

I was in and out of the location for the tire repair. Simple remove and replace of the tire. The team at NTB was quick and professional.

The service was quick and the friendly. New tire installation, oil change, and new brake pads were all done in about 2 hours. I was able to select the tires I wanted and there were available onsite in less than 2 days.
