Chad the manager and Jenn were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. Also Josh who did my truck and Chad helped some. Josh is a fine young man who is very knowledgeable and obviously likes what he does. This is a young man who is an big asset to NTB and I certainly hope he is recognized and compensated well.
