They had good records of previous sale. It was a simple repair but they checked everything. Very fair.

Employees were great. 3 people began work on the vehicle right away. I was in a little bit of a time crunch and they understood and got right on it. I had been going to the dealer for service, but I think NTB on Billingsley Rd is more to my liking.

I hit a pot hole which caused a crack in the tire sidewall. I stopped by the location. They quickly came out and assessed my tire. They looked up my information and let me know I had the road hazard coverage. This saved me money. The installation was very timely.

Was told that the car would be finished by 1-3, but was not finished until 6 due to the fact that the tires were delayed in coming to the shop. I recognize this is not the fault of the people working in the store. Otherwise had a good experience and they were quick to get the tires on after they had arrived.

I believe I'm receiving quality service and fair pricing. Daniel Harris and Joey the store manager keep me informed on status of the work and recommend service work when necessary.

Good job overall. Changed transmission fluid @ 150k mile service.
