Customer service is the deciding factor when choosing a business or location to patronize. The Billingsly location has great customer service. I have had three interactions with the manager, Joey Starr, and one with a technician (I did not get his name). Both men were personable, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on the issues and progress. This NTB location will be my first choice for future car repairs.

The mechanic who inspected my vehicle was so kind and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and referred me to a specialist who could fix it. I went to that shop the next day and they were amazing too!

Joey Starr, store manager, and the tire tech were the ONLY two people working. They both did a fantastic job in managing their work load. Even though the AC was inoperative, I sat and waited for my vehicle. They both did a great job in removing the noise. It's too bad that NTB can't get people to work there...it's a great place.
