Very nice

I had a rumble noise under my car. Several mechanics had previously tried to find and fix the issue but misdiagnosed it and I paid for it with no satisfaction at all. I thought I’d go to NTB and honestly didn’t know anything about them. First off the young people were very courteous. I dealt with Amber, TJ, Mike and Brian. My issue was not a very apparent one , but the people I’ve named didn’t stop until the issue was GONE!!! What a super great company to be able to trust. That is at the top of my list in importance. I would highly recommend NTB a company that stands behind their work.

Mike Riebow is easily one of the nicest most conscientious guys you will ever meet. From hello on the initial phone call to providing pricing and an explanation of what he can do, it was Excellent. My daughter needed tires immediately and Mike recommended a great "Value" on Michelin Tires and had them installed within 3 hours of my call. It was also very refreshing to have Mike rave about his boss Todd Foster, indicating that Todd supports Mike's efforts to please customers so well. Sounds like a great team . . the Belichick & Brady of tires. Lol Thanks again for a great experience!
