Joshua Baker the manager was very knowledgeable of the previous battery and warranty he was very patient and very willing to help me and all the people the associates was polite and kind very respectful and took pride in their work young lady at the front Desk was polite and understanding Joshua baker for tears to my eyes and I’m going to recommend others to come to NTB. Great job aunt NTB thank you so much I greatly appreciate it because I really needed a new battery and my SUV back working thank You so much

Your stores are highly understaffed. Had gone to one NTB who was only able to put air in my right rear tire last Thursday. Went to this location on Friday, the first available day and time was the following Thursday at 4:00pm. I got to the shop at 2:57 pm and left at 4:20pm. At both locations the managers were most polite and explained that they were really severely underhanded, this is a corporate issue to ensure they stores get component employees that they can train properly and most importantly give them the work environment that will make them want to stay with the company and grow in to a long term career.

Work done is good so far but it took two trips to figure out and the wait time was crazy with no updates other than that the parts would take 45mins. to come in. Came in 10:22, left at 415.

Great customer service , not a long wait time to get my vehicle in and out
