I have dealing with NTB for a long time and have no complaints.

It was clear from the beginning that the staffing for the center was short/understaffed and even though that was the case they made it work and clearly communicated with the customers the status and condition of their vehicles. They were patient with the customers and showed grace to the not-so-gracious. They did a good job in assisting both the customer and each other.

I received prompt service. The sales person was very knowledgable about my car and the tire option for my car.
