once again, very knowledgeable and professional staff.

The associates were friendly and booked me without an appointment and completed the work in a timely manner despite that. The tires I wanted were not in stock but I am satisifed with the alternative I was offered. The price was higher than expected for the parts but the labor pricing was fair due to the expert service I received.

I received terrible service at this location before. No ntb location keeps my filter in stock. I made numerous appointments, called and was told my filter would be there and it wasn't. One employee had the audacity to ask me to go pick it up because he could not. I tried this location again and William assured me my filter would be there for my appointment i made that morning. When I walked into the building he greeted me and showed me my filter. He apologized for my past experience and assured me everything would be fine. I'm glad I gave this location another chance. I was very pleased with William's customer service

Very professional staff...

The team was extremely helpful, answered questions and even helped with putting air in the tires. There was a piece hanging under the car and the team explained what it was and went the extra mile to remove it although it was close to closing time. They provided excellent and timely service. Was a great experience.

I was very satisfied with my NTB experience. I scheduled to have a new tire installed. I scheduled the appointment online at 5 pm. I arrived about 15 minutes before the appointment. The service was completed by 5:25 pm.

The service was very good.

William Monroe has turned this store around for the better, two months ago this particular store was the worst ntb store. Thanks YOU JESUS CHRIST my LORD And SAVIOR, for people like William Monroe.

The man working the front, William, was very pleasant to deal with. He was courteous, explained everything, and wasn’t pushy when I declined some of the options. Watching the install from the waiting room was nice, techs did a good job and seemed to know what they were doing.
