Despite of multiple reminder they forgot to reset the TPM sensor and this is 2nd time in a row... But I still consider this is just s minor slip... and they forgot to give me the recommended list of work for my car...

When I got home I found black stains left all over my interior door probably from dirty hand, and my interior is light Tan in color

Terrible, they lied to me

They were professional and resolve all of my needs without any additional conversation. My experience was perfectly simple and uncomplicated. I did not feel like a sale but rather a valued customer. I will be back.

Service manage was very rude, infact most of the NTB personnels are rude. Plus even they know that Im regular customer and they can verify my service details in his systems but they ask to show the hard copy of everything that i got service The service manager doesnt know the difference between discount and insurance and try to make fool customer

After I had a tire blow, I was in need to find a shop able to get me a new tire, do so relatively quickly without an appointment, and do so at a fair price. NTB was able to do so. NTB provided a good experience for what was a bad circumstance.

The person who worked on my car was kind and professional. They went out of their way to explain everything to me and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

I always go to NTB for my car repairs. Melvin is very kind and explains the steps as needed. His staff is really great with the clients. I always recommend them to people I know. The professional staff, the clean building and the speed of the repairs will keep me coming back.

I’ve had bad experiences with this location in the past but we have a plan to get free tire rotations so still go for that. We dropped the car off with the intention of only getting that done. I got a call that the car needed and oil change and some filters (which we knew) but I declined and the employee wasn’t pushy. I ended up calling back to ask how much the oil change would be and we decided to get that done since we have busy schedules. The car was still done when we wanted it by and the associate that checked me out, Jimmy LEE(who I believe I also spoke to on the phone), was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. It was the complete opposite of other experiences there and has made us reconsider letting NTB do other work.
