Very helpful and speedy service

Needed one new tire replaced under road hazard policy. Very fair adjustment with a very minimal charge. Of course, the tire was only on the car for two weeks.

Quick and simply services. Everything was explained. Other problems were found with options to be repaired or not. Covered by warranty.

Good tires for a very good price. Just took most of the day to get them on and out of the door. Didnt see they were all that busy with other vehicles and still took over 5 hours to change and balance, thats why only 4 stars.

The gentleman John was very nice at the front desk. We started talking about horror movies and realized we got along very well. He explained everything clearly.

Well I initially took a flat tire (off the car) in for repair. It took over 4 1/2 hours, but that was no bother. Thing is, the next morning I had to return, because the tire was flat again only to have the necessary steps taken to ensure the tire would hold air permanently. A little bothered but satisfied after that. We are all human and things happen (I guess)....

They took my car in at the scheduled appointment time. Not all places do that.

I had to back 3 times to get my new tires rebalanced. Each time the employees were very extremely helpful.

Friendly and courteous staff, but took over three hours for an oil change and I had an appointment.

Service was quick and easy. Good quality too.

Made an appointment for alignment, took almost 1 1/2 hours to get to my Jeep and there was only one other person in the waiting room. The bay with the alignment equipment was in use. Since I made an appointment in advance you would think they could have that bay ready and put the cars needing just tire replacements in one of the other many bays.

I made my appointment online. It was quick and the price estimate I was given was near perfect!

Had to take it back to have wheels balanced again. Still having issues and will take it back again.

Great service and very friendly employees.

Had my battery checked, they told me my battery was good but I had to jump my car to get it started and I had to purchase a new battery. I wasted two days for a problem that should have been corrected within a hour.

SCHEDULING WAS EASY, SERVICE VERY FRIENDLY, COMMUNICATION WAS GOOD.

They had the tires I needed at a good price
