The service was good. The wait time was terrible. I was there for 5 hours.

NTB did the service I was asking for and also advised me and quoted for services I need done. I was satisfied with what was brought to my attention and satisfied with the understanding of my situation.

Difficulty to get anything done at this place. The service has seriously fallen off.

I was very satisfied that I was able to get an appointment on a Sunday the very last minute! Thank you again!

All I got was an oil change, I have no complaints it all went well I was in and out of there pretty quick.

I dont like that they do not top off all fluids when changing the oil. Also, even after scheduling an appointment and being told I wouldnt have to wait long, I still had to wait.

The service was horrible. First, the didn't have the part they needed to change my oil. I can understand that. The issue was that they didn't give me notice before I was in the shop for over an hour. Second, they tried to charge me an additional fee for extra oil when my vehicle does not require additional oil. Lastly, they stated that they top off all of the fluids. I purchased the highest oil change that they oil change they offer and they didn't top off my fluids. Horrible service!!!!

The manager was very nice and his crew was just as good. People were being nasty and they were all professional. I will be back.

I had to go back because my truck was leaking oil and the technician stripped the groove in the oil pan so I have to go back so they can replace the oil pan.

They were busy and Richard still took me and gave me an estimate for other repairs, that I will be back repairs. Thanks Ntb

I had a 11:00am appointment at this place to get my AC serviced. No mechanics was the first excuse. (Understandable). Then after 5 hours they had to order parts. I just left. Wasted an entire day.
