I had another wonderful experience at this NTB location. I arrived at the shop at 6 pm with a flat in a tire I bought from the same store earlier in the year. I had to leave the tire overnight, but they ordered a new tire in case the old tire could not be repaired. I left the shop knowing I would have my tire installed the following day regardless of the result of their inspection.

The service performed was excellent the customer service was a little on the poor side. When dropping my car off, the manager said they would call me when my car was finished. I received not one call and when I finally had free time to call and check, the clerk said yeah its ready . I asked what time did they close, he replied 7pm but if your coming just come dont worry about the time . They were closed and gone at 7:10.

I had an amazing sales rep. Mr. Furman was absolutely amazing. He let me know what the problem was. He gave me suggestions on what was the best course of action for me. He communicated the price of the service before hand and overall I have had an amazing experience with Mr. Furman and crew. I will continue to come back with this type of service.
