The store manager and the technician displayed patience and understanding and applied product knowledge and expertise to assess the situation and take care of the situation promptly and effectively. I will definitely be back and I will share this experience with my family and friends!

I had a 3:30 appointment. I was told it would be 1.5 hours before they would get to my car. I said I made an appointment so I would not have to wait. It took 3 hours to have my tire checked to see why it was losing air, find my warranty in their system and then replace the tire. It does not seem if you have an appointment. This is not the first I have had to wait hours even though I had an appointment.

Courteous staff, explained the process and wait time. Store manager was on site and also attentive to customers.

Had a 2pm appt and car wasn't brought into the bay until 4 something and I didn't leave until 6PM. The worst!!

I think the person that helped me was the manager and his name was Mark and he was an absolute pleasure. I arrived about 2 hours early to drop my car off and they had it ready for pickup before my actual appointment started. My car rides so much smoother and quieter. Thank you!

"I had an appointment for 930. I arrived at 9:15, and didn't get fully checked in and sit down until 9:38. There was only one person ahead of me in line, so it wasn't as if the lobby was full of people. The person who was checking me in couldn't find my reservation, which was annoying since I saw my name on the top of the list on your appointment screen. Then he had issues navigating the platform he was working on. He couldn't find the appropriate filter for my car, then lost my reservation, then had to consult with a technician in the shop, et cetera. It seems that your platform needs an overhaul to allow your CSR's to check in someone a bit faster. I only showed up for an oil change and tire rotation. I can't imagine the magnitude of confusion if I had needed something a bit more complex, say a new tire. I've been getting my car(s) serviced by NTB for years and I KNOW you can be better than this. I'll be going elsewhere from now on."

Mark, the new manager, was very welcoming. He called and sent emails concerning my vehicle. He gave me pointers that will save me money and suggested my next repair. His advice was very helpful. I work across the street from NTB in a government building. I told him I will refer my coworkers. We work on a limited basis in the building but I will be sure to utilize NTB for future appointments.

It didn’t take under an hour but the process was very easy. I booked an appointment online, waited an hour and a half, then paid. It was ight.
