Greg was a great help. moved to this location after poor service at the S.S.

NTB missed the need to replace the right lower control arm prior to performing the initial 4 wheel alignment, I had to bring it back for another alignment after the repairs was done by another repair shop (J's Auto Services).

Both gentlemen that I interacted with (Greg and Vic) were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Even beyond the particular service I was there for, they were extremely informative about other auto items, and I never felt like they were trying to sell me on anything. Both of their customer service was outstanding.

I had a 4 wheel alignment done twice within a 6 week period and they did NOT detect an issue with my left lower control arm, which was found after I took the vehicle back to my personal mechanic.

The manager, even though somewhat harried by the workload, was instrumental in getting all work done in a timely manner.

It was good. The first time for the appt the system was down and they rescheduled right away

Mark was incredibly helpful and communicative before and during my appointment. He made sure I was aware of the wait time ahead of time and recommended services that my car really needed.

Long wait even with appointment. Had to tell the balancing tech how to do his job.

The customer service was amazing. They were nice, informative and timely. Will be coming back for future services!

I came into the shop and was getting my tires checked. I was trying to travel to VA on tires ntb had told me were bad. That day I wanted to see if they would make it to VA and back to MD. When I got to the shop Greg checked my tires and told me they were in the red and unsafe to drive. He quoted me a price for the 2 back tires and I got them that day because I did not have a choice. it was get a rental car or drive on those tires. With Greg being a dad and work with automatics he knew that I was going to have to drive and he followed his intuition and I thankful that he did. This day I released that there are people that read in between the lines and he helped me. I am truly grateful and this is the reason I always bring my vehicle to NTB. you guys always take care of your customers whether MD or VA.
