I was traveling home to GA when a truck dropped something off it and it was either hit it or get in a serious accident. I hit it and unfortunately my car showed that my ds rear tire was deflating. I pulled off the highway to a parking lot and called OnStar to come put my donut on so I could at least get somewhere to replace my tire so i could continue home. I called one place no luck didn't have my tire. They suggested NTB so I called, and the stars were aligned. An employee named Mark picked up and from the moment i first talked to him he was courteous, caring and helpful. He said he had a tire for me, and he could help if I could get there. I arrived and the service i received from Mark was stellar! I was in and out in 40 or so minutes and back on my way to my destination no fuss no muss. Mark deserves to be acknowledged for this excellent customer service. In today's business arena post covid it is rare, and I didn't want to not let the company know that they have one super valuable employee in him. I am beyond grateful. Thank you NTB and Thank you Mark. You truly restored my faith in humanity!!

Pulling up to this location I was immediately greeted by Mark for what I was looking to get done. I came with no appointment, and even though Mark had an appointment and was trying to take his break, he still was more than willing to help me out. The other employee was just as friendly and as fast as I was in, I was out.
