Our car lost a tire on the road sales associate helped me out by suggesting I only try to bring in the wheel for a replacement. I got there with about 15 minutes before closing and they still helped me out. This is the second time our family has gone to this NTB and you have a committed customer now. I can’t thank you enough!

Fast and white glove treatment.

In lieu of calling AAA for a tire replacement, I opted to make it to the NTB closest to my house with a deflated tire. The manager on duty had a full plate and wasn't able to take my car that afternoon, so I left it there with the understanding that it would be looked at the following morning. Dezmond was very professional, helpful and there promptly at 8:00 AM to open the door for me this morning. He followed up with a timely call to let me know when the tires had been replaced and when it was ready for pick up. I appreciate the quick turnaround despite being short of staff and without having a proper appointment...
