My flat tire required replacement and the attendant was able to find the tire to be delivered later the same day. She scheduled an appointment to return at 6:00 PM and called ahead to let me know the tire had been delivered.

The front desk associates were very clear and direct with me. I never felt pressured to pay for anything I didn't want and I felt that they really cared about the service and not just making money off of me like many other automobile experiences tend to be.

It seems like this location didn't return our wheel lock key after last service. They ended up taking care of our tire patch and ordered a new lock set to take care of us.

The associate at the front desk was great. The phone was ringing and lobby full and she greeted everyone with a smile and provided the same to those calling in. She was even calling back customers that she promised a call back which is rare in customer service these days.

I will only ever go to the NTB on Defense Highway. Latasha, Joshua and the rest of the front desk staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Charles, one of the mechanics, is incredibly talented. He's diagnosed a problem with my car that 3 other mechanics could not. He's amazing. You are fortunate to have that incredible team of professionals working for NTB.
