I walked in for my appointment and they took my keys and got started right away. It was a quick and painless oil change.

I bought a battery about 30 months ago and when it got really cold outside the battery lost charge. We jump started the car took it back to the NTB I bought the battery from they checked it and told me it had a bad cell. Within an hour they had a new battery in the car and I was on my way. The shop Mgr was very apologetic explaining to me that this sometimes happens. I was really happy with the service I got from the NTB in Monaca.

Was out of town and had a tire issue. Stopped in at NTB and was promptly greeted and assisted. Very professional. Decent price for 4 new tires and very fast service.

Had to get a tire replaced. My appt was fairly quick, did not have the brand of tire I originally bought from NTB, but a suitable compromise was made, tire installed and I was out the door...prompt service
