Most of the employees are nice all the people that work there are very exceptional by telling you exactly if your vehicle is wrong or if there's nothing wrong but I know for Dustin he's a very good employee and he helped me out very well today

Made an appointment - the vehicle was taken in within minutes and go an alignment in ~ 20 minutes. in and out in under 30 minutes... cant beat that!

The associates, Dustin and Jimmy, were knowledgeable, efficient and delivered friendly service. I am a continuing returning customer due to the employees there i.e. Dustin and Jimmy. They make it a painless process for car maintenance and repairs.

Got an email saying to rate my recent service.I found this pretty odd because my truck, the email said I got serviced, has been parked out back behind my house unused for the past 6 months. And I live about an hour away from the place it said I had service done.I'm sure they do okay service, just not to my truck in the past year plus that I've owned it.

Dustin was super to deal with. Very professional and nice. He seemed like he worked way harder and took on way more responsibility than his boss, I think his name was Bernard. I sat in the store for over 2 hours waiting and only observed Bernie a few times come out of his office to help Dustin who had several people waiting for service at multiple times while trying to answer the phone. Dustin handled everything in stride, like a true pro.

computer ALIMENTS AREN'T ACTUATE

I had a flat tire that I was hoping could be patched up, but unfortunately it couldn't and my tires were old enough that replacing just one wasn't an option. Obviously things are very expensive now and money is tight for a lot of people, so an unexpected $1,000 was not how I wanted to spend my Saturday. Dustin was super helpful in explaining the kinds of tires available, making sure my previous warranty was honored, and seeing where all the money I had to spend was going. He was very kind and made me super comfortable which is so appreciated. I've used NTB before both in Robinson and Green Tree, but recently moved to the Bethel Park area - however I would go out of my way to come back to this location based on this experience. Although I would have appreciated paying less (who wouldn't?) the experience was great and I feel safe driving my car knowing that tire won't blow out now.

The guys there are very professional and explain everything in normal terms. The techs are very quick and do a great job!they should all get raises!
