Great shop not one of those up selling type shops . Took care of us and got a great set of tires with a great warranty on them. We will be getting tired for our S-Class from them as well. Recommended highly and I see why now!

The associates are always so very friendly, and understanding. They get my car in and done before i get off work and i just walk over and pick it up. They understand my budget and are always so nice.

I got the feeling they wanted to charge me for more work. People are running on broke these days and these guys quoted me almost $2k worth of work. Over $500 for brakes and rotors which was needed. Then, they quoted me prices on things that weren't even asked to check on. Belts, hoses, and other things under the hood that had nothing to do with brakes. They even quoted for an alignment, but never offered free rotation on my tires that were from NTB less than 2 years ago.

Went in to get my car diagnostic check and fix lights. Found that the exhaust manifold needs to be fixed soon and it was explained in a way I understand without any car knowledge. The manager worked with me on getting the credit card and calmed my fears about to price for the future fix. Great experience and only NTB I go to now.

NTB was very professional, pleasant atmospher the mechanic who worked on my car was very knowledgeable he showed and explain to me everything which made me feel very comfortable that my car was in good hands. Thank you guys so very much!

My second time at NTB. Both times I was provided with exceptional service (both at this location and the one on Steltzer Rd in Columbus). I felt they went above and beyond to put my mind at ease, explain the process, and efficiently complete the repair. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be switching here for all future services for my vehicle. Highly professional staff, exceeding other places I've been. I'll be back.

Bad customer service from Christina or whatever her name is. Techs were very inexperienced. Will not be back to the Howe road location!

I was able to walk and get my vehicle worked on immediately. They saw a problem brought me back and explained it to me. They did not try to see me something I didn’t need. They told me I needed one new tire and explained why. They didn’t have the tire that specific tire but told me if I ordered it to bring it the car back and they would put it on for me.

In the last six months the store under new management has gotten worse. The only mechanic there I trust now is the one from the old crew. Customers schedule appointments, arrive and find they have no appointment. Have watched management lie to customers.

Declan took care of me from the start. I called in last night at 5pm and he said bring down the car and we can let it sit overnight to see if the battery tests good. We had some rough weather over the weekend and my vehicle was slow to start. Declan took care of me without hesitation.
