I always get good service at NTB on Howe.

The initial rep did an excellent job welcoming me to the store and understanding my issue. He took clear notes for the tech and made sure the issue was resolved. Upon delivering my quote rep was able to find a coupon to help relieve the high cost for repairs. Upon picking up my vehicle they explained everything very well and made me feel comfortable that my vehicle was now safe.

They answered all my questions and were easy to talk to and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Great service. They were able to do the alignment before my scheduled time.

Not that it mattered but, the floors were dirty. The women's bathroom was so-so in cleanliness. When I mentioned that the bathroom had no trashcan, it was taken care of right away. It was kind of cold in the waiting room.. The guys were great at finding a way for me to finance my repairs. The cost was more than I expected. My car drives very nice now.
