NTB-National Tire & Battery

I was told the job would take 3 hours. Arrived at 9, did not take truck in till 10am. did not leave shop til 10:51 PM! Manager kept telling me its almost done for approx. 6 hours. I could have left the truck and come back next day but he kept telling me its almost done. !3 hours for brakes 4 tires and inspection is ridiculous, no sense of urgency. I was not the only one there for 13 hours either!

Had a appoint at 10 am , wife did not leave there until after 1:15, took way took long to mount and balance 4 tires without an alignment., plus she was late getting to work today, first and last time coming here

Brought my2017 Honda Accord in for 4 wheel alignment dur to car pulling to the right after service while driving home car pulling to right was worse than before service very dissatisfied will not go t NTB for allignment ay more.

Ordered four tires a week ago and scheduled an oil change along with the tires to be put on today. Only two tires were shipped which resulted in my having to buy four different, albeit better, tires at a price of over $200 what I was originally quoted. The first salesman was helpful in reducing the price to get as close as possible to what I originally was quoted. When I went to pick up the car the tires were put on but no oil change was done and nothing was offered to fix the problem. Tiffany was the person who scheduled the appointment, ordered the tires and is who I checked out with when picking up the car.

I purchased a battery without having it installed. I asked about a $20 rebate on the battery. I specifically asked if the rebate was valid if I did not have the battery installed. The service representative at the store said the rebate was valid for a carry out battery. When I started filling out the rebate form I noticed that the rebate is valid for an installed battery onle. So I won't get the $20 rebate and I wasted my time also.

I wait over three hours for a oil change.. Not right.. all ready had an appointment
