Scheduled appointment for 10am on Saturday a week in advance. Arrived and the person who assisted me was polite and professional. Car ended up not being ready until 6:30pm the same day even though it was just new tires and an alignment. Called in twice to check status, both times got an attitude and a "it will be ready when it's ready" statement, which I didn't appreciate.

Got there at 8:20 for an 8:30 appt. Walked in. Stood there for a few minutes. No one came. I walked toward the back and Michael was sitting at the desk and mumbled “be there in a second” as if I interrupted his breakfast or something. Came out half asleep. Completely short with me. Took my keys and went into the bay, leaving me standing there. Didn’t tell me to take a seat or relax or enjoy coffee in the waiting area. Simply disappeared and did not come back for a few minutes at which point I left to get coffee at a diner nearby. Service took an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Saw it up on the lift with no one touching it for ten minutes at a time. After that, got the bill which appeared higher than the price I saw scrolling on the TV behind but since Michael’s demeanor was horrible to begin with I didn’t feel like arguing. I paid and left dissatisfied and a waste of my Saturday morning.

I was NOT CALLED when my vehicle was finished. I saw my vehicle parked back outside. I walked up to it and it was UNLOCKED!!!!!!! The appearance of the brand new tires was filthy! It shows no pride in workmanship. Speaking with others regarding appearance of new tires they were also displeased. new tires should look clean!!! My vehicle should have been LOCKED being parked outside in parkinglot . As i went to it and opened it any one could have ! I asked about price comparison and was told it does not apply.

Waited 100 minutes for a vehicle inspection. This after having to wait until the next day just to get an appointment to have the inspection. Only two other people in waiting room at the time I arrived.and it was still over an hour before they even moved the vehicle. Major waste of my time.

I had a 2 pm appt .. arrived at 1:30 waiting for 2 1/2 hours before they took my car and that was only after I complained.. I was there almost 5 hours.

Staff were smoking/sitting outside, while standing outside. Staff disagrees w/me about tire rotation needed. Refused to rotate tires until I called and confirmed with my wife, who booked online. Still standing outside smoking at this point. General attitude of being annoyed with prospect of performing work or dealing w/customer. After asking about my personal employment, staff solicited me for cannabis?! Over 90 min later staff returned and apologized for long wait due to looking for filter. Staff told me no account was on file to charge, and no such system existed? Always have used this no problems before. Had to call wife again and then staff stated he wouldn’t perform actions on computer, had me go around desk, enter information myself, take a picture of account info, then enter again?!? get home and NO TIRED ROTATED

I had a 9:30 a.m. oil change appointment with tire rotation, my car came out of the garage at 11:15 a.m. they noted that my brakes needed work but considering the amount of time it took to me it is unacceptable

I ordered 4 tires that were listed online as in the store. Set up an appointment for the next day . I waited more than 5.5 hours as the tires were en route to be there in “30 minutes” when I got there. This was a complete untruth as it was an ungodly amount of time to wait for tires. Plus I had to input my credit card at the end at which time I said that I’d paid online the night before and was told that although it seems like you pay online. It isn’t actually taking the funds.... if I’d known that, I’d have left and gone down the street. I’d worked all night and got minimal sleep once I finally got out of there. I’ve never seen anything like this. I’m a night nurse supervisor I shouldn’t be planning on getting tires installed and having it take all day. Holding me hostage and having no time left to rest before having to head back into work. Only positive is. The staff was nice. Unbelievable experience

Waited over 3 hours I had an appointment at 10 they didn't get my car in until 1130 so what's the point of appointment's?

Dropped the car car off and the oil change and tire was not done for 24 hours
