This location isn’t near me, otherwise I would come back for service and recommend. This one is near my dad.

The associate at check-in could have been a bit more welcoming. Also i had entered my personal information when i scheduled the appointment but had to give that same information to the associate when i checked in.

This is the third time I have come in to try and get an alignment. I paid for the year package and have not been able to get an alignment once since buying my tires

Internet invoice quote was lower for road hazard warranty then was charged at store.

There is no perfection in this world.

This location was short staffed on my scheduled visit. I was contacted the day before and asked to bring my car in later than scheduled. The visit went well, but the rims show some cleanable scuff marks from the mounting that I must take care of.

It's nothing against the staff or work performed. I'm actually glad they were open on Sunday so I could have the work done. They fixed an issue that was originally created by a different tire dealer. Very appreciative of the mechanic, Dan, who brought me out to the service area to point out what the other dealer didn't do. My truck's handling is better now. The team over there did a good job, and they will be getting my business again.
