NTB-National Tire & Battery

I actually spoke to the manager and had a tire rotation which was done in less than 30 minutes but I work next-door so I just went to work and came back. I asked for an AC recharge and he said the machine has been down for three weeks waiting for a part and actually referred me to the Salem location to have it done. Very very nice guy and I have already recommended that location to a few of my friends.

Store Manager Rick Delano and Service Manager Mike Long were excellent. Friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I hope they are there for a long time.

The sales associate was very friendly, apologetic for the wait, and very polite.

Rick was very knowledgeable and detailed in his diagnostic and explanation of the issues impacting my vehicle. He took time to review and explain everything. Very impressive customer service!

Went in the end of the day last minute without an appointment for a tire repair. They took me and worked on the issue for at least 1,5 hours. Price was reasonable and they were very pleasant. What another place told me would be a new tire turned out to be a fixable tire. They saved me a few hundred by fixing/ repairing my tire!

I received the service I needed. The pricing was competitive and I will be back for tires and inspection on my other vehicle in a couple weeks.

Michael Long was great! I would definitely go back to NTB in Plaistow, NH. He was very fair to me! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had.

Associate I worked with was polite and communicated well with the concerns found during oil change. Unfortunately, I was there for 3.5 hours in the middle of a weekday. I think this is too much. I called prior to arriving and they said bring it in now, we are not busy. This probably will not prevent me from going back.
