NTB-National Tire & Battery

I came a day previous to appt to have a donut tire filled. Garage staff very accommodating and smiled. Made me return! Ease of appt, close to where I live (and Savers!), knowledgeable, professional service coordinator ...was able to so some work in quiet waiting room.

When I checked in, the sales associate didn't communicate any pricing. When I checked out, I was shocked when I wasn't charged for my fix (leaky tire) because no pricing wad discussed. I don't know if this is routine or not, but I was really surprised and really appreciate it. I will definitely be back.

Made appointment quickly for time i wanted for next day. Came in car went right in, a little longer than expected (12 mins) but great!

I came in after a nearby competitor try old me they couldnt fit me in until 1, even though I had a 9:30 appt. NTB took me in right away and let me know I may be in for a wait. It took a while but they got the job done.

Never been there before nor have I ever met or known Tiffany or Michael. I was completely satisfied with both their knowledge and helpfulness. so much so that my partner in the coming months will be also getting tires for his car. I do know how difficult it is dealing with the public but I am one completely satisfied customer. Carol Patnaude
