I was satisfied with the service. The location was severely understaffed and so, there was a wait. However, the 2 employees were diligent and professional. There was only 1 mechanic but he was extremely good-natured despite the workload.

Charles and his staff completely restored my opinion of NTB especially after the lack of respect I experienced last week. The friendliness of the staff and their attention to detail makes it likely I will highly recommend this location to anyone that’s looking for great service.

Wonderful I had my oil changed, brakes check tires rotated very good service .

Gentleman that assisted us was really nice, great customer service. I would have given 5 stars but they told me everything on my SUV looked great, only for me to find out the next day I need breaks really bad. Not cool. I blame the techs for that.

The manager, Charles, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain to me what work and why I needed to get new tires.

The service was excellent. However they did leave a few marks in the vehicle from grease. Therefore I suggest perhaps implementing some materials to cover the seats when entering the vehicle
