Mr. Charles, Mr. De Andre, Mr. Darryl, Mr. Malachi and Mr. Jeremiah were great. No one wants to incur and unplanned expense, but they throughly and patiently disclosed my problem, provided options and completed the needed task. I appreciated the service, expertise and kindness received. They are all top-notch!

The employees were very nice and did good fast work. It also was very easy to make an appointment.

Service was exactly what I needed and was done in a timely manner. The employees were thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable. This location was also one of the only places to have my tires in stock.

Very efficient service and honest I had been told by another service center that my battery was week , so I asked them to check it & this shop said the battery was fine- no need to replace it.

I have come to NTB about 4 times in the last year, including purchase of 2 sets of tires. While I am pleased with the quality of product and price, I have found the front office people to be exceptionally welcoming, friendly, professional, communicative and seem eager to help me find the best deal. This time it was Charles Harris. Last year it was Andre(?). Great people. No wonder I come back.
