The Staff and mechanics were pleasant, positive and professional. The Staff completely explained my services and addressed all of my questions and concerns effectively.

Its is important to set an appointment for any services or you will be waiting a long time. My appointment was at 9Am, I left after noon. The wait was due to NTB having to order my axle, waiting for it to be delivered, and installing. Unfortunately, I was not informed that they did not have the part, and all of this was happening.Overall good service. Improvements to be made that would gain them 5 stars, is to communicate with the customer more so there are no surprises.

I was highly satisfied with Ron's expertise and experience. He took the time to explain that the tire could not be repaired based on the location of the nail in the tire. He did not have the tire but ordered it with the hope that it would arrive before the end of the day or next day, the latest. I had to get a rental vehicle, so he called Enterprise and they came and picked me up. He explained that it may be faster to do the rental online but I waited since he was able to connect to them immediately. Enterprise came and took me to their facility where the completed the process. Fortunately Ron was able to get the tire and called me to let me know that they got the tire and was working on my vehicle and that the work would be completed before the end of the day. I was able to return the renal before the end of the day and get my car before NTB closed. Thanks Ron and team for the teamwork and excellent communication!!

Extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service!You dont great your customer and say to them NTB didnt get paid!This place makes errors on the paperwork and refuse to give me a receipt!I will never go to this place again!

The two guys working the office were polite and rather entertaining. The mechanics/techs seemed to work cohesively with them leaving me feeling like this is a well run shop.

I was there for almost 5 hours the perso at the computer acted as though he did not know what he was doing and when I call before noon Christopher said my car was being pulled in whe I got there at 12:30 my car was still in the parking lot and when I asked him about it he stated the guy went to lunch, well he used that excuse with quite q few clients while I was there and the whole 5 hours they only had 1 young man doing all the work on all those cars, that young man need a big raise.

Rod the manager and his staff are great.
