I was highly satisfied because of the ease of scheduling my appointment, how everything was explained when I made my appointment regarding the tires I wanted and all the tire protection that it entailed. When I arrived at my appointment, Dante greeted me with the utmost greeting and a great smile. He informed me that they do a full inspection of my car and would let me know what if anything I needed. Everything that I needed to have replaced was in stock. Dante was amazing, he explained everything to me before starting the work. He also offered coffee while we waited. He frequently touched base with me during the work to give me updates on the progress. Dante was very courteous and knowledgeable of what needed to be done to my car. I truly appreciated the service I received today. I will definitely recommend this location to all family members and friends. I can't say enough about Dante and the service he provided.

My elderly father’s car battery had died. I had to get him to a doctors appointment and needed to coordinate between the doctor and getting his battery replaced. Dante understood my situation and was extremely helpful. I am very grateful for the level of compassion and concern he showed. Sadly, his high level of performance is becoming a rarity in the field of customer service.

Dante was amazing. Seriously the best experience I’ve ever had with car repairs. My dude was on it- knew prices of multiple things off the top of his head, checked in the back on progress, and was fast and informative while still being warm and friendly. He’s a superstar and deserves a raise and promotion, because competency like that is rare and should be valued.
