Nice staff very helpful. Just needed to have the frame wiped off after a L.O.F. so as to not drip on garage floor.

You guys have this rigged I can't put 1 star cause That's what nth would get. Been there 3 times in one month and slow leak onntire. Said I should replace the tire because they cant fix wanted to charge me $64 for the tire which supposed to have a warranty. Took across the street to discount tire they repaired the tire aired it up gave me a receipt for the zero dollars smiled and went on their way. Never going to Mtb anywhere ever again

I used to swear by this place, now I swear ABOUT them. Asked for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment (which I pre-paid for). There was no sign-off on the work before they started for one thing. Plus , I asked them to straighten the steering wheel because it was not straight the last time I had an alignment. They said they couldn't do anything about it, which I don't believe, and were offended that I questioned them on it. Bad management, lazy workers.

Quick and easy, very nice employees.

Shift cable was replaced but does not shift normally as did before replacement. Shifting can be a problem.

This location was very convenient in every aspect. The front desk staff very professional and helpful.

Took two hours to get an oil change and the mechanic misdiagnosed my car.

Kyle really was easy and friendly to work with. He explained the issues and made sure I understood the next steps to take.

Took my vehicle to Nissan dealership a few days later and the work tire kingdom/NTB said they did the last two services weren't actually done. Will not go back. I paid for services twice and only got it once.

I needed tires and a front end alignment and it was right before Christmas. I desperately needed this done and they had it done within a few hours. I cannot thank them enough.

Left stains on my seat. After leaving I noticed my hood wasnt closed all the way. When opening the hood I found a ratchet socket that was left in there that kept the hood from latching. This service was actually a safety inspection. Not sure why it is coded as battery check

Employees were friendly, professional, and efficient.

Broke a hubcap and left my seat filthy as well as fingerprints on dash. They did replace one hubcap and discounted three new hubcaps so they would match. They offered to clean my seat but I had to come back the next day to get everything right. Would have been nice if everything could have been taken care of in one trip.
