Would have given 5 stars, if, had gotten call car was finished.

I'm glad that I went to tire kingdom to do a flat repair on my car, the tire was not fixable and the guys had my same tire for replacement

This guys at tire kingdom. I went over to the store on coral way to have two tires replaced, and the guy's there checked my whole car at the same time, finding that I needed to replace my battery. It was so low that probably would have gotten stranded if I wouldn't have it replace on time.

I went to the store to do an alignment on my car, and the guys explain that the vibration I was having was for lack of balancing, I had them balance and that took care of the problem

Service was fine, but you have to make sure they don't overfill with more oil than needed. I had to come back to drain out the excess.

Had a appointment... only one mechanic and they started 45 minutes after my appointment. However all employees polite and attentive

I did not know why my truck was vibrating while driving. I assumed it was something with the brakes but not sure. The service advisor as soon as he moved my truck to the lift informed me that he pretty much knew what the problem was and confirmed it with the tech once the tires were removed. Rotors, brake pads and other component of the braking system were at end of life and worn down. The service advisor allow me to see it myself and it was in poor shape, rusted and cracked components. He immediately ordered the parts needed with my approval on price. Parts were delivered with in a half hours and repairs begun. It only took a couple of hours to make repairs. I was shown everything that was done. No hidden costs.

The friendliness, and the service was great.
