Awesome service every time we come here

I purchased a set of 4 tires in September 2022 with road hazard coverage - I picked up a large bolt in the tread which punctured the tire and required an internal patch. Tire Kingdom did the repair in less than an hour at no charge. Very satisfied with this location and will continue to give Tire Kingdom my business.

The service at this tire kingdom was excellent. They repaired our tire at no cost since we bought the unit tire at another tire kingdom. Work was done quickly and we've has no problems with the repair.

Jesus was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well to me. He answered all my questions and put my fears to rest. I didn't ever think that they were suggesting anything to take advantage of me but to truly help maintain my vehicle the best way and most affordable way possible.

I live 0.5 miles from Tire Kingdom - Lake Wilson Rd in Davenport and tried to go there first, but had trouble calling them all day, and at 2pm, they told me basically not to come in since I'd be there by 3:30PM and they closed at 5. I will ONLY be going to location #6116. #6116 took myself and several other customers in around 3:50PM despite closing at 5 and being short staffed, and they stayed kind & helpful throughout. Upmost gratitude to MGR Jesus Ramos and Tech Nandy. I will ALWAYS drive to store #6116 instead of visiting the TK across the street. Mr. Ramos & Nandy were absolutely wonderful and it was very appreciated by myself and the others who they helped up until the last minute. Flats are serious issues and #6116 understood this and got us on the road safe to drive instead of leaving us "sh*t outta luck." I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Mr. Ramos & Tech Nandy were. Despite this being their job, they still understood how stressful it can be and how urgent the issue was, and stayed extremely kind, helpful, and professional. I truly believe they have the customer's best interest at heart. Love this store! Thanks so much for your help!

Informed had nail in front driver tire and associate informed there were actually 5 nails total on 3 of the tires. Only 1 tire had to be patched.
