The customer service was great. I feel like the gentleman in the front was very knowledgeable friendly and explained everything. My car was done in a timely manner and I did not wait long for my scheduled appointment.

installed new exhaust cat back for over 300 when told only a hundred. I had same work done at precision tune same kind of car for only a hundred. I don't recommend either place in Englewood.

Aaron was great at resolving my issues! I bought tires and they never could get them to balance. I was able to return those 4 tires and get ones that are much better for my truck! Very smooth ride now! Thank you for continuing until we got it right

Supposedly they checked everything, however the next morning when I took my car to church and after went to start it up - it wouldn't. It seems that one of the cells in the battery was dead and I had to get a new battery. They should have found that problem.

Theos customer service was insightful and excellent, and Stephanie was fast and efficient!

Better if I didn't have to take it back three times to get it repaired right.

This is my 2nd oil change in a row, where they didn't rotate my tires! And they tried to replace my newly installed, BRAND NEW calibers, for $700! Seems there was a tiny leak at the crimp, when I took the car back to Monroe. Monroe has done two big jobs for me, at several hundreds of dollars cheaper then Midas has quoted.
