Mr Williams kept me informed on everything that was going on with my tire. He actually took me out and showed reason for purchasing tire. This was at least my fourth interaction at this location since moving here and they’re always great!!!

I had a screw in my tire (but it was still drivable in the short term) so I was calling around to see when I could get in. On top of that, I had and hour and a half until I had to pick up my son from pickup. Ms. Poitier was informative and helpful on the phone. When I arrived she knew I was the one that had just called and got me set up to get my tire fixed ASAP even though I didn’t have an appointment. Having a reasonably priced tire in stock was also really appreciated.

Shoshana Poiter at store 6102 was extremely helpful, I didn’t have an appointment so I said I would sit and wait. She got me in next and had my tire repaired quickly. Thank you so Shaba you saved me a lot of time

Front desk was very helpful. Service ok. Associate failed to clean up oil that leaked while removing filter allowing oil to spot my driveway. Associate also failed to reattach access cover to oil filter apparently losing one screw
