Had requested tires. Same Price as everyone in area, performed work as schedule and completed as expected. Technician was capable and asked question with associates when unsure instead of just doing it. Not afraid to ask for help.

Got tires at good price. Installation was done in reasonable time.

The people took their time, were careful with our brand new car, and treated it like their own.

This store did a very good job working with BF Goodrich to get a rebate on a set of tires that wore out with 35k miles left on the warranty. The workmanship was good and the wait was a little long as usual. Pleasant staff, easy to work with.

The customer service is outstanding. Robert the manager does an excellent job. He’s the reason I return. Very professional atmosphere.

Check in on my appointment on time 1 hour forty five left got home found out no tire rotation and have a nail in one tire ..should have been founded the first time so after taking my two other car for oil change tires rotation I have to come back to fix my car I took them.....

Never been to tire kingdom and this was a good experience. The oil change only took a little less than and hour but I did come in 20 minutes early so that was good. Patrick was the one how helped me and he was really friendly and helpful.

I hare time to drop off @11:00 and they said be ready at 2:30 wasn't done till 5:00pm

Wanted me to pay for something I already paid for. I don't truth them. telling me my battery was at 50% when I just got the battery a little over a year ago. Went back to Pete's and we saw the did not test it right..My battery is in the trunk and it was not even opened. Pete's tested to be sure and it was just fine.

Robert and his team have been seeing me a lot. I have an older car that I want to keep for sentimental reasons, and Robert does all he can to keep me safely on the road. He's the best!
