Had an appointment. They took my car in as soon as I arrived to check a tire that had lost air pressure. Removed the tire and took the time to show me there was no air leak. They also tested my battery and said it was not holding enough charge and asked if I would like it replaced. I declined because I usually replace my own battery. There was no pressure to sell me one.
