Aside from Will, the technician, losing property in my car... the services were the right price and thoroughly done. Finished very readily.

Scheduling appt online was so easy, as soon as I got there my car was taken right in and completed quickly. The associates were so friendly

I chose this particular location becuase of a good experience in the past. My old Tire Kingdom was small, dirty, and always busy. This is a clean, modern, and professional looking location. I enjoy being able to schedule an appointment and having the option to stay or wait. They have great WiFi, and table - which makes it great to keep up with work wile I am waiting.

Issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly.

There is a good crew running this place. I did have to watch the tech closely as it didnt appear he knew where or how to change my oil filter and was proceeding to fill the oil back up without changing it. I politely pointed out to him where it was, he did remove it, and dropped it on the floor causing a huge mess. I guess everyone has a bad day sometimes. He did redeem himself by doing a great alignment. I will continue to use this location.

Ok except for salesman keep trying to push more purchases or upgrades

I was promptly checked in and almost immediately taken to the back for service. From the time I checked in till I drove off was under an hour altogether. The facility was clean and the prices reasonable.

The paperwork stated that the tires were rotated. In fact, the tires were NOT rotated.

Scheduling, payment and drop off was extremely quick and easy.

I was able to book an appointment at the day/time I wanted but it was hard to switch from the Tire Kingdom listed in my profile since I don't want to go there anymore. The oil and tire rotation service was done as promised. Apparently no balance/alignment was needed.
